As some may be aware I was planning on doing a sponsored cycle from London to Paris in September. 

Obviously due to the current Covid 19 pandemic this isn’t going to be possible. 

So I’ve decided to do a 12 hour spinning bike session instead. 

I’ll be doing it on the  20th June.  6am to 6 pm. 

Hoping to be able to stream it live on Facebook so you can all see me suffer. 

I know it’s not quite the same but I really want to raise money for a charity close to my heart.  

The charity I’m going to raise money for is a charity called TIC. It’s a Tourette syndrome charity that’s offered massive support to our family.

I appreciate some people are suffering financially due to the ongoing pandemic so any donation is greatly appreciated.
