Penshaw hill stair climb challenge (height of Ben Nevis) · 19 April 2020

Centrepoint is the UK’s leading youth homeless charity. Together with our partners, we support over 16,000 16-25 year olds into a home and a job every year. Our award-winning helpline provides support to vulnerable young people across the country. We campaign to end youth homelessness by 2037.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

We are Gary (38) and Lincoln (10),  father and son and had ambitions to trek up Ben Nevis (Britains tallest mountain) at 1345meters. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic we all must stay at home to save lives.

We have decided to look at the iconic Penshaw hill in sunderland to embark on this challenge. Penshaw hill sits at a height of 32m. Therefore to scale the equivalent height of Ben Nevis we need to trek up and down 42 times.

We aim to do this once we are allowed, however as soon as it is we will post a date and keep you informed.

Lincoln chose this charity to help homeless people. Not only to help them during this global crisis we are facing, but to also give these people a better chance in life.

Please help and donate and together let's make a difference.
