Another adventure beckons I will be heading to Ireland in July 8-13  to cycle Solo - unsupported from furthest point north - to furthest point south - approximately 725km - I will be supporting Macmillan a very worthy charity who provide a vital role for those who are effected directly or indirectly by cancer.
