Ukraine's children are living in fear. They face ever-present danger of being killed, injured or suffering severe emotional distress.

Story

What are you doing?

I am running 100km around Poole during the next month to raise money for the Save the Children Ukraine appeal.

Why did you decide to do this?

I have seen things about the war on Newsround and spoken to my mum and dad about it. It makes me upset because children shouldn't have to go through this - they have the right to stay safe and have fun.

What is your target?

My original target was £150 but I smashed through that after 24 hours from my friends and family. Then i increased my target to £1000, £1500 and £1750 but I have beaten that as well - now my final target is £2000!

What gave you the idea?

I remember when Captain Tom went around his garden and raised lots of money. I hope that I do the same!
