Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This walk is going to be way longer than any walk I've done for a while (over 100 miles if I get as far as I plan). It is to support my talented friend who loves to get out and make a difference. Three years ago she persuaded me to pack my shoes and head off for a hike in Spain with our old school friends. We walked and talked miles, and I learned a little about her fundraising work for the Royal United Hospital in Bath.  I loved that week.

Sadly, this year my friend is not well at all, so I've decided to do what we did in 2018, and go walking. Unfortunately, the pandemic means our scattered group of friends cannot walk with me, so my family is stepping in where they can. The walk is in England, and I hope that I might be able, with your help if possible, to raise some money for the cause that matters so much to my friend, the Royal United Hospitals in Bath.

The photograph at the top is of us walking together in Spain three years ago. It was also a springtime walk.
