Story

Grace's Macmillan Tea Party 2018

Hello, my name is Grace and I am 9 years old.  I have 3 brothers, Harry, Jacob and Leon,

This tea party will be my third, my first was when I was 7.  I started because I wanted to help my Uncle who had cancer.  But the money I raise ALL goes to support those with cancer and help relatives and friends cope with what is happening.  On my first tea party I raised £417.60, on the second I raised £1411.77.  This year, my aim is £1500, but that will be hard.  To have any chance of achieving my ambitious goal I will need as much support as I can get.  I would be delighted if you were able to come to my house on the 1st of July to support me.  Over the two parties I have raised a whopping £1870.37 and because of this I have been made The Macmillan Young Champion 2018.

At my tea party there will be cakes, tea, coffee and juice, a tombola, a raffle, a live band, a bouncy castle and lots of stalls.  I hope you can come.

Thank you

Grace
