As Managing Director of Pruce Newman, I am committed to our company's support of East Anglia's Childrens Hospices' Nook Appeal, to help raise the money to build their new Hospice in Norfolk.

Having completed a 2Mile Open Water Swim, 100K Bike Ride, Olympic Triathlon and a Half Marathon in 2016, to raise money for charity, and complete my "Fit For Fifty" 50th birthday challenge. I have realised that, not only have I missed the sense of achievement in completing a physical challenge, but my waistline has sufferred severely from my lack of motivation to keep up the exercise!

So what better way for me to get back my motivation and improve my health, than to support a charity so close to both my heart and locality, by joining their team to complete the London Marathon on 22nd April 2018!

EACH do a marvelous job in supporting families and caring for children and young people with life-threatening conditions across Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk, so please give generously for this wonderful charity - every penny that I am able to raise will be matched by Pruce Newman.

I'll be keeping you all up to date with my progress through my training regime via updates on this page so that you can all share in the experience with me.
