This Saturday, Harry and Rich will be cycling 250km (155 miles) around the capital in one day to raise money for the hugely deserving London's Air Ambulance charity.

Using a helicopter, these heroic servicewomen and men carry out life-saving procedures and get people to specialist hospitals at incredible speed. Nobody can question their cost. One day, you or your loved ones might need their urgent and vital assistance.
