Story
Hayward House is a specialist palliative care unit within Nottingham City Hospital grounds. We predominantly care for patients with life limiting conditions. We provide care for patients from diagnosis through the interim periods of advancing disease, up to and including end of life care. We are dedicated to provide high quality, patient centred care dependant on the needs of the patient and their families. As a team we are passionate about providing high quality care, going above and beyond for our patients at their most vulnerable time.
The donations that we raise will be used to improve the experience our patients have whilst being inpatients at Hayward House.
In order to raise money for Hayward House, we as a team, will be trekking ‘Kinder Scout’ on Wednesday 18th August 2021.
‘Kinder Scout is a moorland plateau and national nature reserve in the Dark Peak of the Derbyshire Peak District in England. Part of the moor, at 636 metres above sea level, is the highest point in the Peak District, the highest point in Derbyshire, and the highest point in the East Midlands.’
Any donations would be greatly appreciated
Many Thanks
