Story

Another sponsorship request, but before you switch off/swipe
up or down, just give this post two minutes of your time.

So, during the month of October (a full 31 days) I will be completing
a Murph for each of those days and hoping to raise as much money as possible
for a very special young lady and the charity that is doing so much to find out
more about the disease that impacts so many people.

Firstly, who is the special young lady I am referring to? She
is called Olivia. She and her family are close friends of ours and very important to us.

Olivia suffers with Battens Disease, but whenever I see her,
she is full of joy and hope, she epitomises the meaning of how to live to life the
max, meeting some superstars along the way like Westlife, and visiting some great
places like Disney Land.

Olivia’s story and battle is best described below by those closest to her (please copy links and paste into a browser)

So, my chosen charity to raise money for is BDFA (see below the work this charity does)

Secondly, what the hell is a Murph.

Murph is a work out that tests the fittest of us (trust me I’ve tested this a couple of times and I am left aching), so doing 31 of these rascals every day in October will surely break me. If I have to do this throwing up I will. But in short, the rules are:

1-mile run, 100 pull ups, 200 press ups, 300 squats, ending with a final 1-mile run.

You then might ask; how do I know he will do this? Let me assure you, I will. But for absolute peace of mind I will be assessed most mornings by my main man Austin McIntosh where I will carry this out @TFCSHEFFIELD

https://www.thefitnessclubcentral.co.uk/

or at home where Rachel will keep a close eye on me and ensure no cheating goes
on! Regular video snippets will be provided on facebook

Please do consider giving, even if this is just a little, because not only is it important to keep finding more about this disease, but this young lady deserves to see all the support!
