Hi, I’m Jack,

I’m raising money for CLIC Sargent because I know first-hand the amazing support they gave my family when my younger brother was diagnosed in 2016 with three brain tumours. During his diagnosis and treatment CLIC Sargent were there to offer an unlimited lifeline of support, playing a massive role in supporting my brother enduring one of the worst times of his life with some comfort and joy. 

This summer I shall attempt to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours to raise awareness of how incredible and needed CLIC Sargent is as a charity. Furthermore, I shall be raising awareness on how an individual going through cancer effects all the family. I will talk through and update my mental health from 2016 to now and how when someone becomes ill with cancer the effects ripple through so many more. 

I will keep regular updates on Instagram on my progress with little vlogs and photo updates. @jack_4x4_challenge

CLIC Sargent to me is about Community, Compassion and Family, so this is to just put a smile on a  few people's faces after a difficult year for many as well as raising as much money for the wonderful CLIC Sargent.
