Story

Hello everyone!

To some of you this might seem like a deja-vu; John and I are participating in yet another RAG event!
This is not because we enjoy shaking people down for money, it is because we want to support the Raise and Give Society in their work (and we do like a challenge).
In the past we have been met with such overwhelming support and were able to raise an incredible amount of money for Autistica and Breaking Barriers.
This time the money will go to two charities, to the Sickle Cell Society, which supports those affected by Sickle Cell disease, and Phab, a charity which works to create social opportunities for people living with disability.

Just to recap, for Jailbreak the goal is to get as far away from London as possible in 36 hours without spending any money on travel.

Last year the winning team made it all the way to Istanbul, and we made it all the way to Hastings!
We know what you're thinking- how can we possibly beat that?!
Well, the answer is simple: armed with new costumes and lots of peppy enthusiasm we are sure to one-up ourselves!
And with you by our side, supporting us every step of the way, how could we not make it (at least) off the island?

And do not worry, we will make it worth your while!
Everyone who makes a donation will receive a postcard from the place we end up at, and for everyone who donates 15£ or more we will bring back a local treat!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
