Following on from the success of running the Jurassic Coast Challenge in 2019, this year I am taking on my first ultra marathon, the Westcountry Ultra Flat 50 Miler.

Despite wishing to take this on as a personal challenge, I also want to make a difference to local children & families who are not so fortunate as others.

I know some of these families personally & I've seen the struggle it can be above & beyond the stresses of everyday life. Charities like Brainwave offer essential support to make life a little easier for those who need it.

It will also mean that all the sweat of training will mean something a little more than just stinking my house out at the end of each session!
