On June the 12th I am taking on the incredible challenge of cycling 986 miles from Lands’ End to John O'Groats in aid of Help for Heroes.
I’m currently training hard, building up the miles to ensure my bum and legs are up for cycling approximately 80 miles a day for 12 consecutive days!

I am doing this epic challenge in aid of Help for Heroes, a charity very close to my heart that supports amazing guys and girls who put their lives on the line to serve our country.
By doing this challenge, I am doing my bit to ensure they are well looked after when they return, for the rest of their lives.
I would like to ask everyone who comes into direct and indirect contact with me to donate just a little. Every single pound Help for Heroes receives is vital in helping the charity to support our amazing service people.
