Hi Guys

It's Christmas !!!!  It was Xmas 2005 and New Year 2006 that we found out that my dad was sadly dying, His Fight last just over three months and in March 2006 he died aged 36  due to left ventricular heart failure. My world at such a young age was shattered and now I'm joining the fight to make sure no one will ever go what I have went through, I'm now a community volunteer with the BHF and I couldn't be more happier volunteering for the nations HEART charity.

On the 10th December I will be running the Glasgow's 5K Santa Dash for the British Heart Foundation In memory of my dad. It will be hard cause every step you take you think why you are doing the race and for me being the time of year it will be it will make it harder.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me over the past 11 years and more recent the past few years I cant thank yous all enough, It means alot to me knowing I have people like there for me
