I have seen a little of Tearfund and Toilet Twinning's work overseas and been really impressed. They are now twinning taps and bins too.I think we take a lot of our basic hygiene needs for granted and if you are staying any length of time in any place it is important to give them consideration.

I like the way this charity acknowledges similar needs of people around the world.
