Hi 

My names Kayleigh, I am 30 years old and I am running for ECHC on behalf of my son. My son, Jack, has had bad asthma throughout his luge which sadly devoured him to attend clinics every 3 months and be on regular medications, which have recently included antibiotics and nebulisers. This year coming, 2020, I am to run 1000 miles. This is 100 miles for each year we’ve received the hospitals help, since Jack’s  birth as he will be 10 at the end of the year. I am running to raise money and awareness as a thank you for the support Edinburgh Children’s Hospital Charity has given me throughout Jack’s life. I plan to cover the miles between January and September through training and planned events., with the last 13.1 miles being run at the Scottish Half Marathon on the 20th of September l. I ask you to donate and support me in any way you can as this is a charity close to mine and my family’s heart.
