I am Taking part in the Thames Bridges Ride (35 miles) to support The Stroke Association.  I had a stroke on 8th February 2014, I now feel that I am able to take part in this event, even though I have some things that I have been left with, I am still able to ride a bike and my stamina is getting better.  I really feel this is important and I am determined to complete this Thames Bridges ride.
