Update April :

i have now run Manchester Marathon in 4hr 45mins, it got tough at time with stomach issues but the aim to finish is achieved. thank you for all the donations so far. 

Next up is Chicago on October 8th, training starts on 26th June just trying to stay fit and healthy until then.

I am running Manchester Marathon (16th april) and Chicago Marathon ( October 8th) to help raise money for Forever Hounds Trust. These will be my 5th and 6th marathon and after a DNF from Berlin I am determined that something good will come from this new attempt at torturing myself. ha. 

I want to support Forever Hounds as after rescuing our greyhound Arthur(shown above) we came to see how much help and support these lovely dogs often need to find loving forever homes. 

Often discarded from the racing and hunting industries after they have finished being useful, leaving them injured both emotionally and physically. Forever Hounds help give them a 2nd chance at life finding a loving forever home.
