I will swim 84 lengths in the Pool then cycle 84 miles on my Road bike followed by 8.4 km run. All of this in one day on my 50th Birthday. This Tri 84 is in memory of my Step Dad Roy Denning who passed away suffering from Parkinson's at the age of 84.
