We are raising money for the Leeds Adult Transplant Sport Team (Fund No. 5B50) to compete at the 2017 Transplant Games in North Lanarkshire!

The Team consists of people aged between 18-80! Who are all transplant recipients. The Transplant Games is an event  to celebrate the Gift of Life and promote awareness about Organ Donation. It is also a fantastic opportunity for transplant recipients to compete on a national stage and inspire others.

We are hosting a Charity Football Match & Family Fun Day, so please sponsor our team and come along to the day!

Also it's a way for players to confirm & pay for places in the teams to play in the 11-aside match. There's 36 places available and its a minimum donation of £5 per person, all players must confirm there name and must have paid by the June 5th 2017 (the money is non refundable).
