The BHS' 2022 Charity Races raise funds for the vital work of the charity.To help raise funds for the BHS, I have opted to take up the reins to compete in one of two charity races at Newbury and Wetherby. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and offers me the chance to be in the thick of it as we head to the starting line and race eight furlongs around a famous race course.

I will be running in the following events to raise money for the BHS;

•  Cardiff Bay 10k Run - 22nd May 22
• Cardiff Summer Half Marathon - 3rd July 22
• Cardiff Half Marathon - 2nd October 22

As well as these events, family members of mine are participating in a 15 mile hike from Chepstow to the Wye Valley Greenway up past Tintern and up to Brockweir across the Wye, then up to the Eagles Nest and back down to Chepstow Castle.
