I had known Nesta since 1986 when we started working in West Wales General Hospital  together ,  she fully supported me in  my paralympic journey culminating  in Sydney 2000. Always remembered, never forgotten. I will be hand cycling  on Sunday 20th February which would have been Nest's birthday.  From North Dock to Burry Port and back.
