I was born with chronic renal failure and had to under go dialysis for several years, until my successful kidney transplant in1997. During the years I was on dialysis I went to Acorns children's Hospice in Walsall who provided respite and gave me opportunities, comfort and care. 

For this reason I am raising money to put back into the charity to enable other recipients to live life with the best possible care.
