Our wonderful Dad endured ill health for a long time and suffered from Prostate Cancer for the last 14 years. In July 2020 he was told his condition was terminal and sadly just 6 months later he lost his fight on the 24th January 2021.

Due to COVID restrictions we decided that instead of a funeral collection we would in his memory combine fundraising with a personal challenge. This will also honour the promise we made to him that we would raise money for Prostate Scotland. 

This is a Scottish charity set up to inform, educate, support, campaign and raise awareness on prostate cancer. Nearly 1 in 2 men in Scotland will be affected by prostate disease at some stage in their lives and 1 in 10 are likely to develop prostate cancer.
