In March 2017, the tennis community in Scotland lost one of it's brightest and most enthusiastic lights. Annette Fox, much loved tennis coach at Gullane Tennis Club, passed away aged just 44 after a long battle with cancer. Annette was a huge supporter of tennis in Scotland, a regular speaker at national coaches conference, a cardio-tennis taskmaster and most importantly a fantastic person.

Annette's enthusiasm for tennis and life was an inspiration to us all and Tennis Scotland have partnered with Maggie's who offered Annette, her husband and two young children incredible support through the hardest of times.

Tennis Scotland is delighted to be partnering with Maggie's in 2018 and we hope that the tennis community and wider are able to give what they can to support the fantastic work that Maggie's do. 

Cancer affects us all whether directly or indirectly and Maggie's Centres across Scotland, from Inverness to Dumfries, do a wonderful job of supporting individuals, couples and families and friends.
