NHS staff and volunteers are doing amazing work right now in caring for COVID-19 patients.Together, let's show our respect and gratitude as they work tirelessly in the face of the virus. It's our turn to make sure we look after them, to ensure they can keep doing their vital work.

Hi my name's Maisie and I'm 9 years old. On the 10th May I started my challenge of running 72 miles before the 72nd Anniversary of the NHS on the 5th July.  I finished this in 3 weeks, 6 days! Because I still had lots of time left I decided to cycle the same distance!
