I am running The Virgin London Marathon 2018 to help raise vital funds for The Christie cancer research charity. We are very fortunate to have this world class cancer hospital so near to us.

Ten years ago I felt a small lump on my neck which after scans and tests was diagnosed as non Hodgkins Lymphoma. I attended Professor Radford's Lymphoma clinic at the Christie which included six months of Chemotherapy, after which my Lymphoma had gone into remission.

The treatment I received from the doctors and nurses was truly "World Class". and given me ten more wonderful years of life. Any donation you can make will help The christie keep up  the work they do and will keep me inspired with my training and running The Virgin London Marathon on 22nd April 2018.                        Thank you.
