Liam, Ethan and Martin are going head to head in Brecon Triathlon to see who is the fittest in the family. Liam 18, swims for Worcester University and a strong cyclist with numerous Strava KOM's.

Ethan 15, is racing in cycle criterium's, cycles around 200 miles a week, being professionally coached by Ryan Bevis part of Rowe and King cycle coaching and a good runner.

As for me I've competed in Triathlons, Ironman and duathlons for over 16 years but I'm getting older! You can donate as little as £1 on the one who you think will have the quickest time on the day.
