Northampton Borough Council are working towards becoming a Dementia Friendly Town. We support the Alzheimer's Society in their Memory Walk which is why we have organised our very own Memory Walk. This is such a life changing condition and I wish to raise money to support people living with Dementia. This is just a stroll and our community needs help to support people living with this condition as it affects not only them but also their family members.
