Normally, I do a charity event for Dementia every year, but, this time, I'm going to do an event...that will take a year instead.

Over the next 12 months, I will be doing a virtual challenge where I can run/walk/cycle across 20 Premier League Stadiums. I will be either running/walking/cycling 670 miles (1075.54km) starting at the Emirates stadium (Arsenal) and ending at St James Park (Newcastle).

I will be tracking my progress through a virtual map that shows me where I am at everytime I have finished exercising.
