Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. 18 people die by taking their own life every day in the UK and therefore I’ll be running 18miles a day for 7 days to raise money for Mind Charity. Having suffered with poor mental health from a young age I know first hand the importance of support from professionals and charities like Mind. With all that 2020 has thrown at us, rates of mental illnesses are increasing, yet these are statistics that we truly have the power to change.
