We  are raising money for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, has been providing lifelong support to our Forces and their families since 1885. In 2018, SSAFA helped more than 82,000 people in need, from Second World War veterans to those who have served in more recent conflicts, and their families.

We started on VE Day and aim to complete 75 days of consecutive 5 minute planking . Our group consist of Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue staff and retired members , ex- forces and guests. We are all a committed group and will try our very best to achieve our goal.
