Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving Page.

As the Health and Fitness Manager at Larkfield Leisure Centre and a fitness fanatic  i will be completing 29 Group Exercise Classes in 5 days! 

From Monday 11 to Friday 15 November i will be spinning, balancing, hula hooping, sprinting and Meditating my way through 29 classes.

Heart of Kent Hospice, established in 1991, provides exceptional care for people facing the challenge of living with a terminal illness in Maidstone, Aylesford, Tonbridge, Malling and surrounding areas.
