The Middlesbrough MND Care Centre at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust  is a dedicated service available to all those affected by motor neurone disease (MND) in the Tees, Durham and North Yorkshire areas and beyond. 

All money donated to The Middlesbrough MND Care Centre charitable fund (H114) is used for the benefit of all those living with MND, their family and carers in Teesside, County Durham or
North Yorkshire areas and beyond. Donations are used to buy equipment, enhance patient care, help to fund patient services locally and promote education and research.
