Our scale is impressive but it is our 46,000 people that truly make us great. 

When the Coronavirus pandemic hit hospitality, our businesses closed and our teams were furloughed. Despite the challenges that this unprecedented health crises dishes out, everyone continues to pull together and support each other, across our brands and central 
teams. We always knew our teams were passionate but it has been humbling to see just how resilient and caring our M&B family is. Our social pages have been packed with pictures of cakes, BBQ feasts and cracking Sunday roasts. Then one of the team suggested we pull together a digital cookbook for NHS Charities.
