Every year I try to find a sporting challenge to a) give myself a goal, and b) to try to push myself. Two years ago I cycled around Cumbria, hitting the hills, and last year (my 50th) I should have completed this current challenge but Covid got in the way. Now I'm doing it as a 51 year old thinking that this may have been a bad idea.....but.....

Cancer can strike anyone at any time. Many families will at some point have their, 'what if it happens to us' moment, some unfortunately may have had it already. Emma Cross and the regional team at Teenage Cancer Trust are there for you if that moment ever comes.

Please feel free to donate to the Trust but this challenge is not necessarily about raising funds, as long as we make sure that people know that the Trust are there if ever anyone needs to get in touch. It's about awareness too.
