Ashley Thomas of Usk tragically died Christmas 2017 in a car accident. Wales Air Ambulance attended the scene but unfortunately Ashley past away. Ashley had completed a project at school on the Wales Air Ambulance and was enthusiastic about the wonderful work they do. In March 2018 the Thomas family presented a cheque to the Wales Air Ambulance for £2700.00 this was from donations and from the collection at Ashley's funeral.
