As some of you may know, I unfortunately lost my mum on the 15th March last year. So this will be my first birthday without her and so what I’m asking is to be able to give what you can even in these hard times to help people struggling with the same thing that took her. She suffered from anorexia for 20+ years and one day her body just couldn’t cope as much as she pushed herself to live a normal life. 

Anorexia is very much a mental disorder but the other side of mums mentality and willpower was something else. 

For many people who have suffered loss especially in these strange times, I have put together a short video on how you can use this time to better your life and use this event positively. 

Also as many people know I am a big fan of Gymshark's 66 day challenge where they pledge it takes 66 days to change your life / habits. This normally finishes on the 7th March. But as a way of me thanking you for you very kind donations, I’ll be doing my challenge until the 15th March. This is 74 days of fitness / overall positive changes.
