Priory School is committed to supporting our amazing NHS staff, and many of our students have expressed a desire to do something to give back.

In response to the overwhelming circumstances that many NHS facilities now find themselves in, Portsmouth Hospitals Thank You Appeal was set up to provide support and resources to all
staff who work for the Portsmouth Hospitals Trust.   

“By donating, you will play a role in supporting Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust staff who are working around the clock in difficult circumstances and share your thanks with everyone working within the Trust from doctors and nurses to porters and cleaners.

Any money raised through the appeal will be used to support well-being, buy supplies and fund welfare initiatives needed by our staff over the coming weeks and months”

We have decided that in order to support the charity we would fundraise by running for our NHS heroes. Students are encouraged to gain
sponsorship from friends and family over the coming weeks, and on the week of 1-5 June they will run as much as possible to fulfil their personal distance/time goals. Sponsors can donate directly via this Just Giving page.

Students who have key worker parents and will be in school that week will be attempting to collectively run a marathon over the course of a week. Many staff will also be taking part and gaining sponsorship.

Students will be running at home in gardens, in local parks, or even up and down their own stairs!

It doesn't matter where – just get running!

Please help us raise as much as possible to support this wonderful appeal. Our NHS staff truly are heroes and all fund raised will support
them in a number of ways.
