The company I work for, InXpress, is working hard to raise funds to support the wonderful work done by Mentors International (see more here https://zcu.io/m61U). We love this charity because it provides a hand-up, rather than a handout. The changes they help to bring to pass are generational and help to lift families out of poverty.

I have been in need of motivation to get back into a regular pattern of running each day, and this is just what I need! Get fitter and help others in the process!
