Autism Awareness Pen y Fan Walk · 3 April 2022

The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

Riley is 7 and has a Autism diagnosis.

He couldn't walk or talk properly until he was 4. We never really thought it would ever happen but with help from family, friends and school, he has come on leaps and bounds. He does still struggle with communication but he has a heart of gold.

So far 26 people are going to join him on his climb up Pen y Fan and he would love for more people to come. This will be a huge challenge for him but such an achievement when he gets to the top!

His school friends Mya, Daisy, Noah, Cody and Aubrie are all going to join him on his journey to support him and raise awareness.

I would like to thank you all for your support and dedication, it will be such a rewarding day out and Riley will be beaming when he see's everyone there with him. If you are interested in taking part please follow my Instagram page @a_typical.mum for more updates.

Thanks again,

Ally (Riley's Mum)
