I’m fundraising for Tenovus Cancer Care as they bring treatment, emotional support and practical advice to the heart of the community. They’ve helped thousands of cancer patients cope after a diagnosis, and given them hope for the future. Tenovus Cancer Care needs our support today so that they can be there tomorrow. So please help and donate and at the same time remember  loved ones we have lost and to help those courageously fighting the disease today. 

My journey is 140 miles (in 24 hours),  setting off on 31 Aug 2018 from Clwb Rygbi Bro  Ffestiniog arriving at Pontypool Utd RFC (via Blaenafon RFC) 1st Sept whereby a collection will be made at the game.  A further collection will be made at the Bro Ffestiniog V Denbigh game on the 8th Sept.  Feel free to join me for the whole or part of the journey.
