Robinson’s are proud to be taking part in a fundraising partnership with Help for Heroes and over a pint one night the BDM Team were challenged to contribute to the fundraising effort - a pint or two later, it seemed like a good idea to try and climb the highest Mountain in each County/Country where the majority of Robinsons Tenanted Pubs are located, within 72 hours.

Between the 20th and 22nd of June we aim to walk up the County Tops of Cumbria, Lancashire, Derbyshire, Cheshire, Staffordshire, Denbighshire/Flintshire and Gwynedd. Which by happy coincidence includes the highest mountains in England and Wales, all within three days. The combined height of 16,276 feet is greater than Mont Blanc, luckily we don't have any Tenancy's in France.

The intrepid team of somewhat mature BDM Athletes is: Tony Massey, Steve Robinson, Wayne Roach, Paul Howarth & Alan Chapman - to be joined by guest day walkers who will be announced shortly.
