Roy Tyzack is a retired Metropolitan and Essex Police detective and now works as a First response Emergency care medic and instructor and is the lead instructor for S.A.D.S. UK, 'HEARTWIZE' scheme, taking CPR and Defibrillator training to year 10 pupils in schools across Essex.

On Saturday May 14th. he will be abseiling down the side of the 190' hgh water tower at Church Langley, Harlow to raise £1000 + to help S.A.D.S. UK continue their vital work supporting the survivors of cardiac arrest and the families of those who, saly, did not survive.
