Hi All,

When rules have permitted, Joe and I have been running together during lockdown. We decided we wanted to do a challenge in a beautiful place and raise some money for a good cause!

We settled on running the 115km (extended!) length of the Northumberland Coastal Path over six days in aid of Dementia UK.

Joe recently lost his Nan to Dementia and Rachael lost her Grandma.

So Dementia UK it is!
