Just to clarify, I am a total non-runner. I have always considered myself to be allergic to exercise and ducking out of healthy eating routines has become somewhat of a hobby to me.

I think the only time I can remember running for any amount of time was probably that one time I was home alone and made a dash up the stairs because I thought I heard a funny noise in the garden.

I don’t own a sports bra and my last pair of ‘trainers’ have probably expired from extreme neglect. I have no idea what ‘electrolytes’ are supposed to be for and protein to me is a favored comfort food ingredient rather than a training companion.  I have laughed in the face of extreme boot camps and early morning exercise classes. I’m more crunchies than crunches. Get the idea?

So pretty please sponsor me if only to make this lunatic move worthwhile.

All the money raised will go to the Helen Rollason Cancer Charity who I also work for. They are a fantastic group of people working hard to champion quality of life for all those who are living with cancer. I have met many of the staff working at our support centers as well as some of the people who have benefited from their services and they are all, in short, inspirational. The Helen Rollason Cancer Charity provides a haven in dark times and is a helping hand during one of the hardest battles of people's lives.
