Story

I HAVE DEFERRED TO THE 2023 LONDON MARATHON SO THIS PAGE CONTINUES TO COLLECT DONATIONS FOR THIS

I lost my mum to a short battle with cancer in Feb 2021. This was something that progressed so fast from the moment we found out her prognosis to the day we lost her, and the hole in my heart does not feel like it can ever be filled. She was an amazing lady who loved her family and spent her days caring for those who needed help, often putting her own life on hold to help these people. She touched the hearts of so many and will be forever loved and missed.

In her memory, I am running the 2023 London marathon for the Institute of Cancer Research. So many people are affected by this awful, indiscriminating disease and if I can help raise money to help prevent others from going through what my family and I have gone through, then every stride I run is worth it so please donate as much as you possibly can and together we can hopefully make a difference whilst remembering the amazing lady I had the privilege to call Mum.
