Far too many of us have felt the pain of losing someone we love. With your donations, we power groundbreaking cardiovascular research to save and improve lives, bring hope to families, and keep hearts beating across the UK.

Story

In 2015 my daughter Jessica Alice was born with a congenital heart condition and sadly passed away at 6 weeks of age.

In memory of Jessica myself and some close friends are completing a charity walk in order to raise money for the British Heart Foundation and awareness of congenital heart disease. Every day in the UK 12 babies are diagnosed with
a congenital heart condition and the money raised will support the BHF in their research to combat heart disease.

Over 7 days in May some of our group will be completing all 110 gruelling miles of the Cleveland Way which starts in Helmsley, North Yorkshire. On the fifth day the rest of the group will join the originals in Saltburn to complete the
final 53 miles along the entire North Yorkshire Coast ending in our home town of Filey on Sunday 27th May 2018.
