Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. On the 31st March providing I have met my target I intend to shave my head. Why?? well I tried to think of something that would be a sacrifice for me. Something that would make people put there hands in their pockets and dig deep.

I am doing this for lots of reasons however this year I lost a very dear friend and colleague who was diagnosed 2 years after retiring with Breast Cancer. Following her treatment for the breast cancer she learnt that she had metastatic breast cancer and it soon spread to her lungs, brain, bones and Liver. She had taken ill over Christmas and went into hospital for test in January and died a peaceful but sudden death. One that shocked everyone. If this wasn't a stark reminder of how life changes I don't know what is.

Haf was always doing her bit for charity and was vibrant and funny she will always be remembered for her warm smile and hugs.xxx
